Full Service Planning
Kingsley Event Consulting “Full Service” is for the client that needs it all. From start to finish KEC will work along with you to ensure the event is designed beautifully, well executed, and thoughtfully coordinated.
Some of the services provided are:
- In-person/virtual meetings as needed to go through event details and planning
- Weekly email updates
- Weekly virtual meetings three months prior to the event
- Venue research, visitation, and selection
- Catering/F&B consulting, selection
- Work with outside vendors for coordination of all rentals at the request of the client, including vendor research, bookings, and contracts
- Creative event design and production
- Manage the creation of Save the dates, invitations, and all printed materials
- All logistics in preparation of the event (permits if needed, security, valet, etc.)
- Detailed timelines including pre-event preparation, day of timelines for vendors, committee, and volunteers
- Establish a detailed budget
- Budget management and cost saving tips
- Tracking and reminders on vendor deposits and final payments
- Attending committee meetings as needed
- Day of Event Management to manage the logistics of all vendors, program, timeline, set-up, breakdown, and mor

Limited Service Event Planning
This option is great for clients that have a strong foundation for their events and some man-power, but could use that extra person from a logistical stand-point. This is also a great option when working on a strict budget.
- Five in-person meetings
- Zoom meetings as necessary for consulting, assignments, and updates
- Assistance booking vendors and vendor recommendations
- Budget management and cost-saving tips
- Creation of a detailed timeline
- In-Person event assistance to handle logistics the day of the event
- Other duties as agreed upon by the client and event consultant

Day-Of Services
This option is great for the client that loves to party plan – but wants to enjoy their party. Day of services option allows you to pass the torch to the event consultant so you can be fully present during your event and be worry-free regarding any day-of problems or logistical issues.
